Grant A. Roesner, 19, of Fairmont received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $1,185, sentenced to jail 30 days, credit for time served four days, serve as work release if eligible, five years supervised probation, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, provide list of prescribed medications to probation officer, follow all recommendations of evaluation for care and aftercare including successful completion of the recommended intensive outpatient program at Fountain Center, intake should be scheduled within 60 days of sentencing, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, maintain employment, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, give DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored.

Cody M. Salisbury, 31, of Mankato was convicted of third-degree operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol; fined $810, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 335 days for two years, defendant to serve 48 hours in jail and 28 days on home detention/electronic monitoring with alco-sensor, two years supervised probation, no alcohol/controlled substance use unless prescribed by a physician, no alcohol/controlled substance possession unless prescribed by a physician, random testing, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, attend MADD impact panel and pay fees, no same similar, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charges of third-degree driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours, and open bottle law-possession, were both dismissed.

Joseph B. Schroeder, 59, of Ceylon was convicted of driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety; fined $510, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 365 days for two years, two years unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Additional charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.

Gildardo Gonzalez, 28, of Fairmont was convicted of fleeing a peace officer with means other than a motor vehicle; fined $100, sentenced to jail 30 days, credit for time served 30 days. Additional charges of driving after revocation, and no proof of motor vehicle insurance, were both dismissed.

Rogelio Martinez II, 45, of Fairmont was convicted of auxiliary light cover(s) required; fined $135. Also convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $100.
