Mitchell P. Hieronimus, 25, of Blue Earth was convicted of fourth-degree driving while impaired; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 87 days for one year, credit for time served three days, one year supervised probation, follow all recommendations of the Rule 25 chemical dependency evaluation completed 4-1-19, complete Driving with Care 2 and follow all recommendations, attend MADD impact panel, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law.

Also received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; sentenced to jail three days, credit for time served three days, one year supervised probation, sentence to service three days for indeterminate, follow all recommendations of the Rule 25 chemical dependency evaluation completed 4-1-19, complete Driving with Care 2 and follow all recommendations, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law.

Additional charges of open bottle law-possession, no proof of insurance, improper use of dealer plates on motor vehicle, failure to drive with due care-speed greater than reasonable, and possession of drug paraphernalia, were all dismissed.

Speeding — Kendra A. Benson, 28, of Blue Earth; fined $125.

Non-emergency stop on freeway — Tony L. Gadicke, 52, of Viroqua, Wis.; fined $125.

Driving after revocation — Natasha R. Hill, 25, of Fairmont; fined $285.

Jesse W. Houfer, 39, of Alpha was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $100, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 25 days for one month, credit for time served five days, one month unsupervised probation, sentence to service five days for indeterminate, no same or similar. Additional charge of uninsured vehicle-driver violation was dismissed.

Matthew A. Moeller, 21, of Welcome was convicted of window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance; fined $135. Also convicted of tires extending beyond fenders; fined $50.
