Front and rear license plates required — Steven E. Diekmann, 49, of Fairmont; fined $115.

Possession of drug paraphernalia — Scott A. Howeth, 24, of Truman; fined $135.

No Minnesota driver’s license — Eric R. Foster, 22, of Truman; fined $185.

Underage alcohol consumption — Bailey K. Hanson, 21, of Blue Earth; fined $185.

No proof of motor vehicle insurance — Shaun D. Stanford, 47, of Ceylon; fined $285.

Manuel Trevino Jr., 32, of Sherburn was convicted of domestic assault-subsequent violation; fined $185, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 362 days for two years, credit for time served three days, two years supervised probation, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, complete diagnostic assessment, no contact with victim(s), defendant must contact a third party to make arrangements for visitation or communication with children, remain law-abiding, successfully complete the Southern Minnesota Offender Program through CADA in Mankato, Domestic No Contact (DANCO), no shoving, pushing, physical assault or threats of physical assault toward any person, allow law enforcement to check for weapons as directed by probation, no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, provide proof of all prescription medications and take as prescribed, follow all state and federal criminal laws, report to agent as directed, advise agent prior to changing employment and/or residence, cooperate and be truthful with agent in all matters, notify agent if arrested and/or issued a summons, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, sign releases of information as directed, don’t ship, transport, possess or receive firearms or ammunition. Also convicted of dog at large; fined $135. Additional charges of dog at large, unlicensed dogs, and animals to be tagged and collared, were all dismissed.
