Unsafe lane usage on laned highway — Debra A. Carson, 60, of Winnebago; fined $135.

Tires-unsafe condition-driving — Michael P. Dertien, 56, of Sioux Falls, S.D.; fined $135.

Failure to stop at stop signs or stop lines at entrance to thru highway — Steve A. Thompson, 19, of Ceylon; fined $135.

Careless driving — Christina D. Dzido, 61, of Keystone, S.D.; fined $185.

Christopher M. Hill, 42, of Delavan received a stay of adjudication on a felony charge of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $175, five years supervised probation, sentence to service 15 days for indeterminate, pay restitution, cognitive skill training, no contact with victim(s), complete financial/credit counseling and follow all recommendations as directed by agent, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives.

Christopher A. Miller, 35, of Fairmont was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/noisy/obscene; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 60 days for one year, credit for time served six days, serve as work release if eligible, one year supervised probation, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, no same or similar, follow all state and federal criminal laws, report to agent as directed, advise agent prior to changing employment and/or residence, cooperate and be truthful with agent in all matters, notify agent if arrested and/or issued a summons, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, don’t ship/transport/ possess/receive firearms or ammunition. Also convicted of fifth-degree assault-inflict or attempt bodily harm; fined $635, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 60 days for one year, credit for time served six days, serve as work release if eligible, one year supervised probation follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, follow all recommendations of a domestic abuse evaluation, no contact with victim(s), remain law-abiding, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, Domestic No Contact (DANCO), contact probation within 24 hours, follow all state and federal criminal laws, report to agent as directed, advise agent prior to changing employment and/or residence, cooperate and be truthful with agent in all matters, notify agent if arrested and/or issued a summons, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, don’t ship/transport/possess/receive firearms or ammunition.

Also convicted on a separate charge of fifth-degree assault-inflict or attempt bodily harm; sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 60 days for one year, credit for time served six days, one year supervised probation, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, domestic abuse evaluation, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, Domestic No Contact (DANCO), remain law-abiding, follow all state and federal criminal laws, report to agent as directed, advise agent prior to changing employment and/or residence, cooperate and be truthful with agent in all matters, notify agent if arrested and/or issued a summons, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, don’t ship/transport/ possess/receive firearms or ammunition.

Additional charges of fifth-degree assault-inflict or attempt bodily harm, and child endangerment-could cause harm or death, were both dismissed.
