Vehicle signals violation-maintenance, signal devices self-illumined — Darin L. Kruse, 48, of Lone Rock, Iowa; fined $385.

Jenika S. Hanson, 23, of St. James received an amended court decision on a charge of aiding and abetting financial transaction card fraud-use without consent; fined $75, sentenced to jail nine days, credit for time served nine days, two years supervised probation, sentence to service three days for indeterminate, no contact with victim(s), no alcohol/controlled substance use unless prescribed by a physician, random testing, individual therapy as directed until discharged, no same or similar, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law Also convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $85, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 81 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, pay restitution to be filed within 30 days, no same or similar. Additional felony charge of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent was dismissed.

Christian M. Jagodzinske, 22, of Fairmont received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of third-degree controlled substance possession-10 grams or more; fined $125, sentenced to jail 39 days, credit for time served 39 days, 20 years supervised probation, sentence to service 20 days for indeterminate, complete treatment, follow recommendations for care and aftercare, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, no alcohol/controlled substance use unless prescribed by a physician, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, obtain employment, maintain employment, cognitive skill training, take medications as prescribed and provide proof to agent, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, give a DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Additional felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana was dismissed.

Eileen F. Delaske, 58, of Waterville was convicted of drivers license restrictions violation-drive, operate or control motor vehicle without ignition interlock; fined $360, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 80 days for one year, serve as work release, serve with home detention electronic monitoring, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Scott W. Dupraz, 46, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of drive over, through or around barricade on highway; fined $40.

Jacob M. Humpal, 27, of Fairmont was convicted of disorderly conduct-brawling or fighting; fined $185, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar, no alcohol/controlled substance use unless prescribed by a physician, no alcohol/controlled substance possession unless prescribed by a physician, random testing.

Rilyn M. Muller, 33, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of disorderly conduct-brawling or fighting; fined $225, one year unsupervised monitoring without adjudication, no same or similar.
