Driving without a valid driver’s license for vehicle class or type — Humberto Sanchez Rios, 44, of Fairmont; fined $185.

No Minnesota driver’s license (after 60 days residency/30 days CDL) — Petrona Hernandez Castro, 23, of Fairmont; fined $185.

Traffic violation-fail to stop for school bus — Rachel A. Jaeger, 29, of Fairmont; fined $285.

Uninsured vehicle-owner violation — Whitney E. Fritzmeier, 47, of Welcome; fined $285.

Shantel K. Gilmore, 25, of Ceylon was convicted of financial transaction card fraud-use without consent; fined $75, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for two years, one year supervised probation, community work service 10 days for indeterminate, pay restitution before fees, fines and surcharges, remain law-abiding, obtain drivers license, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, report to agent as directed, advise agent prior to changing employment and/or residence, cooperate and be truthful with agent in all matters, notify agent if arrested and/or issued a summons, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, don’t ship, transport, possess or receive firearms or ammunition.

Randy A. Merrill, 47, of Fairmont was convicted of junk violation-other than weeds and grass; fined $135, one year unsupervised probation, clean up property within 30 days and fine of $150 will be suspended, no same or similar. Additional charge of solid waste collection/storage violation was dismissed.

April M. Rygh, 34, of Fairmont was convicted of junk violation-other than weeds and grass; fined $185, one year unsupervised probation, clean up property within 30 days to have fine of $100 stayed, no same or similar. Additional charge of solid waste collection/storage violation was dismissed.

Steven D. Nowak, 31, of Welcome was convicted of limited license violation; fined $185. Also convicted of fail to stop at red light/no turn on red (RT/LT); fined $50. Additional charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.

Ugarte N. Reynaldo, 35, of Hempstead, Ark., was convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $185. Also convicted of child passenger restraint system not fastened for child under 8 years old and under 57 inches tall; fined $50.

Anthony Sandoval, 29, of Fairmont was convicted on two separate charges of driving after revocation; fined $285 for the first charge and $200 for the second charge. Also convicted on two separate charges of uninsured vehicle-driver violation; fined $200 for both charges. Also convicted of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $110.
