David H. Wright, 37, of Fairmont was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $577, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 85 days for one year, credit for time served five days, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, attend MADD impact panel and pay all costs. Additional charge of operate motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol was dismissed.

Clarice A. Simich, 28, of Trimont was convicted of domestic assault-subsequent violation; fined $585, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 352 days for two years, credit for time served 13 days, two years supervised probation, remain law-abiding, chemical dependency evaluation/treatment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, complete diagnostic evaluation, follow all recommendations, domestic abuse evaluation, disclose all prescription medications to the probation agent, cognitive skill training, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, report to agent as directed, advise agent prior to changing employment and/or residence, cooperate and be truthful with agent in all matters, notify agent if arrested and/or issued a summons, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, sign releases of information as directed, don’t ship, transport, possess or receive firearms or ammunition. Additional charges of possession of small amount of marijuana-no remuneration, and possession of drug paraphernalia, were both dismissed.

Bobbie L. Thomas, 24, of Fairmont was convicted of aiding and abetting theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $260, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, pay restitution before fees, fines and surcharges, no same or similar. Additional felony charge of third-degree burglary-aiding and abetting was dismissed.

Molly M. Tietje, 38, of Northfield was convicted of third-degree driving while impaired-within two hours of driving; fined $75, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 358 days for two years, credit for time served seven days, two years supervised probation, community work service five days for indeterminate, complete programming at West Hills Lodge and follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, attend Alcoholics Anonymous weekly, attend MADD impact panel and pay costs, take medications in the prescribed dosage and frequency, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, report to agent as directed, advise agent prior to changing employment and/or residence, cooperate and be truthful with agent in all matters, notify agent if arrested and/or issued a summons, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, sign releases of information as directed, don’t ship, transport, possess or receive firearms or ammunition. Additional charge of third-degree driving while impaired was dismissed.

Acacia E. Winegard, 18, of Welcome was convicted of operate unregistered vehicle without plates on a public street/highway; fined $185. Also convicted of operate vehicle with expired registration; fined $115. Also convicted of display expired registration; fined $115. Also convicted of underage possession of alcohol; fined $100. Also convicted of possession of small amount of marijuana-no remuneration; fined $50. Two separate additional charges of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle were dismissed.
