Underage alcohol consumption — Elizabeth A. Subbert, 18, of Fairmont; Lindsey J. Tonne, 19, of Granada; Haley R. Williams, 18, of Andover; each fined $185.

Uninsured vehicle-owner violation — Marissa N. Theobald, 21, of Fairmont; fined $285.

Gabriel E. Schomberg, 26, of (no address given) was convicted on a felony charge of predatory offender-fails to mail verification form within 10 days; fined $100, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 14 months, supply DNA sample. Also convicted of operate motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol; fined $100, sentenced to jail 90 days, concurrent with other case. Additional charges of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours, and driving after suspension, were both dismissed.

Tara D. Simpson, 37, of Rosehill, Kan. received a statutory stay of adjudication on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $1,100, sentenced to jail four days, credit for time served four days, five years supervised probation, complete chemical assessment, follow all recommendations of evaluation, mental health evaluation, follow all recommendations of evaluation, provide list of prescribed medications to probation officer, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.

Levi S. Thate, 30, of Fairmont was convicted on a felony charge of fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle; fined $75, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 366 days, stayed three years, sentenced to jail 150 days, credit for time served 99 days, three years supervised probation, sentence to service five days for indeterminate, pay restitution before fees, fines and surcharges, follow all recommendations of the chemical dependency assessment including all aftercare, contact probation within 24 hours after release from jail and provide an updated address and phone number, mental health evaluation, follow recommendations of evaluation, obtain employment, maintain employment, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, cognitive skill training, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, give a DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Additional charges of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana, failure to drive with due care-speed greater than reasonable, reckless driving-consciously disregarding a substantial or unjustifiable risk, driving after suspension, and possession of drug paraphernalia, were all dismissed.
