Failure of driver turning left to yield right-of-way to oncoming traffic — Christopher J. Warmka, 47, of Wells; fined $135.

Open bottle law violation-drinking and consumption — Trenna L. Harris, 34, of Westfield, Wis.; fined $185.

Richard L. Werth, 56, of Winnebago received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana;fined $335, sentenced to jail four days, credit for time served four days, one year supervised probation, sentence to service three days for indeterminate, complete a Rule 25 chemical dependency evaluation within 30 days and follow all recommendations, cooperate with screening process of multi-county Veterans Court and if accepted, comply with all recommendations, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.

Jack R. Martin, 20, of Owatonna was convicted of speeding; fined $225. Additional charge of expired proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.

Joseph R. Schavey, 19, of Winnebago was convicted of underage alcohol consumption; fined $185. Also convicted of underage possession of alcohol; fined $100.

Bianca Y. Villarreal, 26, of Blue Earth was convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $185. Also convicted of no Minnesota registration; fined $100.

Operate vehicle with expired registration — Tammy Jo Schaefer, 39, of Chatfield; fined $115

Owner who’s not driver must later produce proof of insurance — Jessica D. Che Sachsenmaier, 25, of Fairmont; fined $285.

Lisa M. Rivera, 41, of Fairmont was convicted of fleeing a peace officer by means other than a vehicle; fined $85, sentenced to jail 60 days, serve as work release if eligible, serve 60 days concurrent with felony file and then matter is closed, may work STS if meets the jail’s qualifications.

Debbie Jo Rodriguez, 21, of St. James received a stay of adjudication on a charge of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $100, one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Heidi L. Salazar, 29, of Fairmont had a charge of operate vehicle with expired registration continued for dismissal; six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Hector A. Santiago Juarez, 33, of Fairmont was convicted of failure of driver approaching yield sign to yield to crossing vehicles/pedestrian; fined $135. Also convicted of driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type; fined $100.

Darrin R. Schmidt, 51, of Pine Island had a charge of divided highway-crossover violation continued for dismissal; fined $125, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.
