Divided highway-crossover violation — Jason S. Grathwohl, 47, of Fairmont; Greg A. Grotte, 48, of Blue Earth; each fined $135.

Unlawful deposit of garbage, litter or like — Kimberly A. Gronbach, 50, of Fairmont; fined $185.

Collision with unattended vehicle-notify victim or police — Christian B. Hugget-Lucio, 18, of Fairmont; fined $200.

Christopher J. Delaney, 36, of Madison Lake was convicted of domestic assault-intentionally inflicts/attempts to inflict bodily harm on another; fined $685, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 84 days for one year, credit for time served six days, one year supervised probation, no assault, Psychological evaluation/treatment, follow all recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, obtain employment, maintain employment, follow all state and federal criminal laws, report to agent as directed, advise agent prior to changing employment and/or residence, cooperate and be truthful with agent in all matters, notify agent if arrested and/or issued a summons, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, don’t ship/transport/possess/ receive firearms or ammunition, sign releases of information as directed. Additional charge of fourth-degree damage to property-intentional damage was dismissed.

Brady A. Eytcheson, 22, of Alpha was convicted on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $100, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 366 days, stayed for five years, sentenced to jail 81 days, credit for time served 81 days, five years supervised probation, sentence to service 15 days for indeterminate, complete a mental health diagnostic and abide by recommendations, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations for care and aftercare, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, no alcohol/controlled substance use unless prescribed by a physician, no alcohol/controlled substance possession unless prescribed by a physician, random testing at the request of corrections or law enforcement, obtain employment, maintain employment, cognitive skill training as directed by agent, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, give a DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Additional charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.

Daniel J. Geldart, 32, of Fairmont was convicted of third-degree driving while impaired-refuse to submit to chemical test-breath or test refusal; fined $1,185, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 361 days for two years, credit for time served four days, two years supervised probation, attend MADD impact panel, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, remain law-abiding, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, remain law-abiding, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, sign releases of information as directed, follow all state and federal criminal laws, report to agent as directed, advise agent prior to changing employment and/or residence, cooperate and be truthful with agent in all matters, notify agent if arrested and/or issued a summons, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, don’t ship/transport/possess/receive firearms or ammunition. One additional felony charge of fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle and two additional misdemeanor charges of open bottle law-possession, and passing parked emergency vehicle-fail to reduce speed until completely passed, were all dismissed.

Ryan T. Johnson, 37, of Fairmont was convicted of driving while impaired-operate snowmobile or ATV with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, no alcohol/controlled substance use unless prescribed by a physician, no alcohol/controlled substance possession unless prescribed by a physician, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, no same or similar. Additional charges of fourth-degree driving while impaired, and operate a snowmobile or ATV under the influence of alcohol, were both dismissed.
