Underage alcohol consumption — Alexandra C. Fischer, 19, of Fairmont; fined $185.

Driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type — Juan J. Ponce Batz, 23, of Fairmont; fined $185.

Mary R. Bryan, 53, of Sherburn was convicted of uninsured vehicle-owner violation; fined $200. Also convicted of backing upon roadway or shoulder; fined $135.

Jose L. Castano, 61, of Fairmont was convicted on a felony charge of domestic assault; fined $585, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 28 months, stayed five years, sentenced to jail 99 days, credit for time served 99 days, five years supervised probation, complete treatment through VA in St. Cloud and be transported by MCSO, domestic abuse counseling/treatment and pay fees, no alcohol/controlled substance use unless prescribed by a physician, no alcohol/controlled substance possession unless prescribed by a physician, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, no contact with victim(s)may have contact by phone, letter, email or text once completed programming, cognitive skill training and pay fees, no threats of violence or threatening behavior, directly or indirectly, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, give DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored.

Robert C. Sundberg, 23, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of possession of marijuana in motor vehicle-over 1.4 grams; fined $150. Additional charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle was dismissed.

Scarly Perez, 29, of Mankato was convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $185, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 86 days for one year, credit for time served four days, one year unsupervised probation, no misdemeanor or greater violations of the law. Also convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $100, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 86 days for one year, credit for time served four days, one year unsupervised probation, no misdemeanor or greater violations of the law.

Speeding — Thomas R. Eiynck, 46, of Coon Rapids; fined $125.

Dalton L. Nagel, 19, of Blue Earth was convicted of underage alcohol consumption; fined $185. Also convicted of underage possession of alcohol; fined $100.

Miguel A. Romo, 23, of Buffalo Center, Iowa was convicted of fourth-degree criminal damage to property; fined $285, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, remain law-abiding, no further violations of the law, restitution reserved for 30 days. Additional felony charge of fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle was dismissed.
