Open bottle law violation-liability of non-present owner — Isaac A. Martinez, 18, of Blue Earth; fined $185.

Driving after revocation — Timothy C. Mileham, 35, of Farmington; fined $285.

Expired proof of motor vehicle insurance — Jeremy D. Hyink, 39, of Blue Earth; fined $285.

Uninsured vehicle-owner violation — Nathanial M. Blowers, 23, of Blue Earth; fined $285.

Mahamed H. Noor, 36, of Mankato was convicted of driver who is not owner must later produce proof of insurance if required; fined $200. Also convicted of speeding; fined $125.

Angela J. Koester, 22, of St. Paul was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of no insurance-owner violation; fined $200.

Anthony J. Dobbs, 32, of Blue Earth was convicted of fifth-degree assault-inflict or attempt bodily harm; fined $585, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 87 days for one year, credit for time served three days, one year supervised probation, sentence to service three days for indeterminate, complete anger management program and follow recommendations, attend individual therapy until discharged, no contact with victim(s), cooperate with Human Services regarding child protection case and follow recommendations, no same or similar, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, no assaultive or disorderly behaviors, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, give DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possession firearms, ammunition or explosives.

Stacy B. Marson, 51, of Blue Earth received a stay of adjudication on a charge of domestic assault-violate Order for Protection; one year unsupervised probation, no contact with victim(s), no same or similar, no assault or disorderly conduct.

Christopher J. Baer, 19, of Truman was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 89 days for one year, credit for time served one day, one year supervised probation, complete chemical assessment, follow all recommendations of the assessment, attend MADD impact panel, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed.
