Ice and snow violation — Kevin W. Sandmeyer, 50, of Fairmont; fined $130.

Vehicle window restrictions-tint too dark — Tanner S. Hargan, 24, of Fairmont; fined $135.

Driving after suspension — Michael L. Anderson, 27, of Fairmont; fined $285; Christopher P. Uecker, 36, of Blue Earth; fined $280.

Austin J. King, 18, of Hutchinson was convicted of underage alcohol consumption; fined $185. Also convicted of open bottle law-drinking and consumption; fined $100.

Billy R. Singsaath, 30, of Fairmont was convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 80 days for one year, credit for time served 10 days, one year unsupervised probation, pay costs, no misdemeanor or greater violations of the law. Additional charge of driving without valid drivers license or vehicle class/type was dismissed.

Bob E. Pillow, 61, of Bayard, Neb. was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Also convicted of open bottle in motor vehicle-consumption; fined $100.
