Driving after revocation — Alfonso Torres, 50, of (incomplete address); fined $285.

Venith Khamphouy, 22, of Blue Earth was convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200. Also convicted of display expired registration; fined $115.

Dominic R. Bazan, 32, of Fairmont was convicted of driving without a valid drivers license or vehicle class/type; fined $185. Also convicted of vehicle registration/plates/permit required; fined $30.

Jessica E. Brodman, 53, of Fairmont was convicted of fourth-degree driving while impaired; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 80 days for one year, credit for time served 10 days, one year unsupervised probation, comply with ignition interlock program, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, attend MADD impact panel and pay the appropriate fees, no same or similar. Additional charge of third-degree driving while impaired was dismissed.

Luke S. Thompson, 39, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a felony charge of fourth-degree criminal sex conduct-victim mentally impaired or helpless; fined $175, sentenced to jail 67 days, credit for time served 67 days, 10 years supervised probation, sentence to service 20 days for indeterminate, psychological-sexual evaluation, follow all recommendations of evaluation, mental health screening, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, don’t possess/use any pornographic/sexually explicit material, no access to or use Internet without approval, don’t enter any establishments that has sexual entertainment as its primary business, submit to polygraph examinations as directed, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact your probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, do not use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives.
