Anna M. Egan, 36, of Welcome had a charge of receiving stolen property continued for dismissal; six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, cooperate with law enforcement as requested by county attorney’s office, no same or similar.

Allen D. Boomgaarden, 51, of Fairmont received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $700, one year supervised probation, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, cognitive skill training, remain law-abiding, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, report to agent as directed, advise agent prior to changing employment and/or residence, cooperate and be truthful with agent in all matters, notify agent if arrested and/or issued a summons, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, don’t ship/transport/possess/receive firearms or ammunition, sign releases of information as directed. Also convicted of giving peace officer false name/DOB of another person; sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 365 days for two years, two years supervised probation, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, cognitive skill training, remain law-abiding, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, report to agent as directed, advise agent prior to changing employment and/or residence, cooperate and be truthful with agent in all matters, notify agent if arrested and/or issued a summons, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, don’t ship/transport/possess/receive firearms or ammunition, sign releases of information as directed. Also convicted of fourth-degree operate a motor vehicle under the influence of any controlled substance; sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, concurrent with two other cases, one year supervised probation, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, cognitive skill training, remain law-abiding, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, report to agent as directed, advise agent prior to changing employment and/or residence, cooperate and be truthful with agent in all matters, notify agent if arrested and/or issued a summons, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, don’t ship/transport/ possess/receive firearms or ammunition, sign releases of information as directed. One felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana, and misdemeanor charges of operate motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, driving after revocation, operate vehicle with expired registration, and possession of drug paraphernalia, were all dismissed.
