Was also convicted of harassment violation of restraining order; fined $150, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 87 days for one year, credit for time served three days, one year supervised probation, sentence to service five days for indeterminate, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, complete domestic abuse batterer’s intervention program as approved by agent, no contact with victim(s), follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, Domestic No Contact (DANCO) for one year, follow all state and federal criminal laws, report to agent as directed, advise agent prior to changing employment and/or residence, cooperate and be truthful with agent in all matters, notify agent if arrested and/or issued a summons, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, don’t ship/transport/ possess/receive firearms or ammunition, sign releases of information as directed, don’t leave Minnesota without written court approval. Was also convicted of domestic abuse-violate No Contact Order; fined $225, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 83 days for one year, credit for time served seven days, one year supervised probation, sentence to service 10 days for indeterminate, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, complete domestic abuse batterer’s intervention program as approved by agent, no contact with victim(s), follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, Domestic No Contact (DANCO) for one year, follow all state and federal criminal laws, report to agent as directed, advise agent prior to changing employment and/or residence, cooperate and be truthful with agent in all matters, notify agent if arrested and/or issued a summons, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, don’t ship/transport/ possess/receive firearms or ammunition, sign releases of information as directed, don’t leave Minnesota without written court approval. Was also convicted on another charge of domestic abuse-violate No Contact Order; fined $175, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 85 days for one year, credit for time served five days, concurrent with other files, one year supervised probation, sentence to service 10 days for indeterminate, no alcohol/controlled substance use unless prescribed by a physician, no alcohol/controlled substance possession unless prescribed by a physician, random testing, complete domestic abuse batterer’s intervention program as approved by agent, no contact with victim(s), Domestic No Contact (DANCO) for one year, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign all releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charge of restraining order-knowingly violates temporary restraining order was dismissed.
