No proof of motor vehicle insurance — Jose F. Lopez, 35, of Blue Earth; fined $285.

Timothy L. Aukes, 58, of Elmore was convicted of traffic collision-failure of driver involved to stop for collision of driven or unattended vehicle; fined $1,362.17, restitution $977.17, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation. Additional charges of traffic collision-driver fails to give information of injury, death or vehicle damage, and vehicle registration, permit, plates required, were both dismissed.

Cassandra J. Gimmer, 32, of Elmore was convicted of theft; fined $585, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 355 days for two years, credit for time served 10 days, two years supervised probation, sentence to service three days for 180 days, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, no same or similar, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign all releases of information as directed, give DNA sample when directed, do not use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law. Also convicted of receiving stolen property; fined $717.64, restitution $717.64, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 355 days for two years, credit for time served 10 days, two years supervised probation, sentence to service three days for 180 days, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, no same or similar, pay restitution, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign all releases of information as directed, give DNA sample when directed, do not use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law. Two additional felony charges of first-degree damage to property, and theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent, were both dismissed.

Luis F. Perez, 25, of Elmore was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200. Also convicted of speeding; fined $140.

Jamie D. Mead, 30, of Albert Lea was convicted of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; sentenced to jail 146 days, credit for time served 146 days. Additional felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana was dismissed.

Victoria J. Garver, 37, of Blue Earth received a stay of adjudication on a charge of financial exploitation of vulnerable adult-uses, manages or takes property for benefit of someone else; fined $25, one year unsupervised probation, no theft-related charges, no same or similar, pay restitution. Additional charge of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent was dismissed.
