Limited time parking zone violation — Holden J. Jacobson, 29, of Blue Earth; fined $47.

Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Mario A. Payan, 29, of Brownsville, Texas; fined $110.

Bryant C. Pierce Jr., 37, of Fairmont received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of domestic assault; fined $1,185, sentenced to jail 60 days, five years supervised probation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, no contact with witnesses unless approved by the court, domestic abuse evaluation, follow recommendations including specialized treatment, complete chemical assessment, follow all recommendations of evaluation, aftercare, remain law-abiding, no assault or violence of any kind, Domestic No Contact (DANCO) unless probation verifies that contact would be appropriate, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign all releases of information as directed, give DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored.

Jamie L. Steinmetz, 30, of Ceylon was convicted of fourth-degree driving while impaired; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, complete chemical assessment, follow all recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, attend MADD impact panel and pay costs, no misdemeanor or greater violations of the law. Additional charge of driving under the influence of alcohol was dismissed.

Logan T. Thompson, 29, of Truman was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Also convicted of fail to change address/name within 30 days; fined $105. Also convicted of texting/use of electronic device while driving; fined $50.

Manuel Trevino, 53, of Sherburn was convicted of unlicensed/inoperable vehicles; fined $185. Also convicted of accumulation of garbage/rubbish; no sentence pronounced.

Laura M. Nutt, 47, of Fairmont received an amended court decision on a charge of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another; fined $360, one year supervised probation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, counseling as directed by agent, no same or similar, follow all state and federal criminal laws, report to agent as directed, advise agent prior to changing employment and/or residence, cooperate and be truthful with agent in all matters, notify agent if arrested and/or issued a summons, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, don’t ship/transport/possess/receive firearms or ammunition.

Jose F. Esquivel-Reyna, 21, of Mankato was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of speeding; fined $40.
