Eldren E. Colby, 61, of Granada was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year supervised probation, complete chemical assessment, follow all recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, report to agent as directed, advise agent prior to changing employment and/or residence, cooperate and be truthful with agent in all matters, notify agent if arrested and/or issued a summons, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, don’t ship/transport/possess/receive firearms or ammunition if prohibited by law, sign all releases of information. Additional charges of fourth-degree driving while impaired, driving vehicle under the influence of alcohol, and failure of driver to stop for stop sign, were all dismissed.

Karen L. Lefebvre, 48, of Truman received a stay of adjudication on a charge of purchase, sell, barter, give, furnish alcohol to person under the age of 21; fined $185, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Autumn T. Nelson, 20, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of purchase, sell, barter, give, furnish alcohol to person under the age of 21; fined $185, one year unsupervised monitoring without adjudication, no same or similar.

Deanna M. Nielsen, 36, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of domestic assault-subsequent violation; fined $125, two years supervised probation, mental health screening if recommended by agent, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, no assault, take medications in the prescribed dosage and frequency, remain medication compliant, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, report to agent as directed, advise agent prior to changing employment and/or residence, cooperate and be truthful with agent in all matters, notify agent if arrested and/or issued a summons, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, don’t ship/transport/possess/receive firearms or ammunition if prohibited by law.

Kristefor Lee J. Roloff, 32, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of domestic abuse-violate Order for Protection; fined $310, sentenced to jail one day, credit for time served one day, one year unsupervised monitoring without adjudication, no same or similar.

James P. White, 29, of Jero Beach, Fla., was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $585, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, complete chemical assessment, follow all recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, attend MADD impact panel and pay costs, no same or similar. Additional charges of fourth-degree driving while impaired, driving vehicle under the influence of alcohol, speeding, and failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle, were all dismissed.

Heidi N. Wolfe, 39, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $100, one year unsupervised probation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, no same or similar.
