Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Clinton P. Goodrich, 59, of Delavan; fined $110.

Display expired registration — Heather C. Schultz, 39, of Good Thunder; fined $115.

Disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/ noisy/obscene — Bridgette A. Heenan, 47, of Blue Earth; fined $185.

Timothy J. Brandt, 40, of Minnesota Lake received an amended court decision on a felony charge of nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images-intentionally disseminate without consent; commit to Commissioner of Corrections 366 days, stayed for one year.

Justin D. Joel, 29, of Cleveland was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/noisy/obscene; sentenced to jail five days, credit for time served five days, surcharges and fines waived by court.

Missy M. Napier, 33, of Fairmont received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $835, sentenced to jail eight days, credit for time served eight days, one year supervised probation, sentence to service three days for 180 days, follow all recommendations of the Rule 25 chemical use assessment, follow all recommendations of care and aftercare of House of Hope, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign all releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, was dismissed.

Taylor J. Haller, 23, of Alden was convicted of fourth-degree driving while impaired; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 89 days for one year, credit for time served one day, one year supervised probation, chemical use screening with probation agent and follow all recommendations, attend MADD impact panel, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign all releases of information as directed.

James J. Lenort, 80, of Walters had a charge of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another continued for dismissal; six months probation to the court, no same or similar, abide by recommendations of the current psychological assessment.
