Erik D. Weir, 48, of Sherburn was convicted on a felony charge of first-degree driving while under the influence of alcohol; fined $1,085, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 42 months, stayed for seven years, sentenced to jail 365 days, credit for time served 139 days, may work STS for fines while in custody, seven years supervised probation, mental health evaluation, refer to Veteran’s Court and successfully complete the program, complete chemical dependency treatment for indeterminate, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, comply with ignition interlock program, no driving without valid drivers license and ignition interlock in place. Additional felony charge of first-degree driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours was dismissed.

Cody L. Harder, 24, of Trimont was convicted of uninsured vehicle-owner violation; fined $285. Also convicted of vehicle window restrictions-window highly reflective or mirrored; fined $50.

Sarah M. Hebert, 40, of Truman was convicted of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $110. Additional charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.

Francies A. Thompson, 24, of Ceylon was convicted of driving without a valid drivers license or vehicle class/type; fined $185. Additional charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle was dismissed.
