Kayla K. Kelly, 34, of Ceylon was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Also convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200.

Chastity C. Neu, 27, of Fairmont was convicted of collision with unattended vehicle-notify victim or police; fined $260, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, restitution reserved (to be filed within 30 days), pay restitution before fees, fines and surcharges, no same or similar.

Cody H. Krenz, 25, of Fairmont was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, attend MADD impact panel, no alcohol/controlled substance use unless prescribed by a physician, random testing, no same or similar. Additional charge of use or wireless communications device-compose, read or send electronic message in motion was dismissed.

Derris A. Ballard, 59, of Welcome was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $310, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 88 days for one year, credit for time served two days, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Mike R. Gonzalez, 66, of Trimont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of junk violation; one year unsupervised monitoring without adjudication, no same or similar.
