Akodhi J. Ojulu, 22, of Worthington; Michael R. Petros, 30, of Clinton, Mass.; each fined $145.

Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Mark E. Haaf, 63, of Buffalo Center, Iowa; fined $110.

Possession of drug paraphernalia — Cora R. Zehm, 20, of Wells; fined $135.

Anna M. Ray, 27, of Elmore was convicted of domestic assault; fined $85, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 87 days for one year, credit for time served three days, one year supervised probation, sentence to service two days for 180 days, continue with individual therapy until discharged, complete domestic abuse counseling/treatment as directed by probation agent, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, no contact with victim(s), no same or similar, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign all releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Also convicted of fourth-degree assault of peace officer; sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 362 days for one year, credit for time served three days, one year supervised probation, sentence to service three days for 180 days, continue with individual therapy until discharged, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, no same or similar, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign all releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives. Additional charges of fifth-degree assault-inflict or attempt bodily harm, and disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene, were both dismissed.

Tessa L. James, 34, of Winnebago received a stay of adjudication on a charge of careless driving; six months probation to the court, pay towing costs if any. Additional charge of violation to abandon motor vehicle was dismissed.
