Failure to drive with due care-speed greater than reasonable — Patricia M. Brandstetter, 76, of Minneapolis; fined $125.

Window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance — Samuel D. Vogl, 20, of Walnut Grove; Cody J. Young, 21, of Albert Lea; each fined $135.

Careless driving — Veronica S. Prom, 76, of Sherburn; fined $185.

Russell D. Olson, 52, of Fairmont was convicted of junk violation-other than weeds and grass; fined $185. Two separate additional charges of solid waste collection/storage violation and a charge of junk violation-other than weeds and grass, were all dismissed.

Mateo R. Solis, 23, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of uninsured vehicle-owner violation; fined $200.

Laura L. Moeller, 22, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of theft by check; fined $1,351, restitution $1,251, sentenced to jail one day, credit for time served one day, two years supervised probation, sentence to service five days for indeterminate, pay restitution before fines, fees and surcharges, cooperate with Martin County Human Services Healthy Families Program, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, remain law-abiding, follow all state and federal criminal laws, report to agent as directed, advise agent prior to changing employment and/or residence, cooperate and be truthful with agent in all matters, notify agent if arrested and/or issued a summons, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, don’t ship/transport/possess/receive firearms or ammunition, sign all releases of information, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. as directed by your probation officer.
