Driving after cancellation — Kenneth A. Holmseth, 37, of Easton; fined $285.

Matthew F. Beck, 29, of Elmore was convicted of disorderly conduct-brawling or fighting; fined $185, sentenced to jail 10 days, credit for time served four days, one year unsupervised probation, no assault, no disorderly conduct, restitution reserved. Additional charge of fifth-degree assault was dismissed.

Delaine Carleton, 43, of Mapleton was convicted of second-degree driving while impaired-two or more aggravating factors; fined $865, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 335 days for two years, credit for time served two days, serve as home detention/electronic monitoring at defendant’s own expense, two years supervised probation, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign all releases of information.

Alexander A. Tenold, 24, of Joice, Iowa received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $835, sentenced to jail four days, credit for time served four days, one year supervised probation, sentence to service two days for 60 days, complete dependency assessment, follow recommendations of assessment, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, give DNA sample when directed, sign all releases of information as directed.

Blair A. Oachs, 28, of Fairmont received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $1,085, sentenced to jail 60 days, credit for time served 60 days, five years supervised probation, sentence to service 40 hours for 180 days, complete and follow recommendations of chemical assessment, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, give DNA sample when directed, sign all releases of information as directed, give DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Also convicted of driving under the influence of a controlled substance; sentenced to jail 60 days, credit for time served 60 days. Additional charge of fourth-degree driving while impaired was dismissed.
