Accumulation of garbage — Richard R. Sundberg, 25, of Welcome; fined $185.

James A. Hoff, 26, of Fairmont was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, pay costs, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, no misdemeanor or greater violations of the law. Additional charge of fourth-degree driving while impaired was dismissed.

Ashley M. Perez Arndt, 34, of Northrop was convicted of failure to stop at stop signs or stop lines at entrance to thru highway; fined $135. Additional charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.

Tanner J. Rank, 18, of Fairmont had a charge of non-emergency stop on freeway continued for dismissal; six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Matthew T. Langworthy, 28, of Trimont had a charge of driving after revocation continued for dismissal; six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Kelsey A. Ogren, 24, of Mankato was convicted of speeding; fined $235, sentenced to jail 10 days, stayed 10 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, pay costs, no same or similar.

Carter L. Baarts, 19, of Fairmont was convicted of underage alcohol consumption; fined $185. Also convicted of window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance; fined $135.

Luke A. Bottelson, 33, of Brook Park was convicted of vehicle registration/permit/plates required; fined $115. Also convicted of speeding; fined $40.
