Driving without a valid drivers license or vehicle class/type — Jose A. Burgos Collazo, 25, of Fairmont; fined $185.

No proof of motor vehicle insurance — Conner J. Malo, 19, of Fairmont; fined $285.

Driving after suspension — Raul Coronel Silva, 58, of Fairmont; fined $285.

Lindsay T. Quinn, 28, of Fairmont was convicted of driver/owner allows open bottle in vehicle; fined $185. Additional charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle was dismissed.

Daniel G. Hanson, 54, of Sherburn received a stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree assault; six months unsupervised monitoring without adjudication, community work service 16 hours for indeterminate, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, take medications in the prescribed dosage and frequency, no same or similar, no assaultive behavior, have a back-up plan in place with therapist for hypo-mania.

Eduardo Rodriguez, 24, of St. James was convicted of speeding; fined $225. Also convicted of driving after revocation; fined $200. Also convicted of window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance; fined $50.

Cory R. Steinhauer, 27, of Kiester was convicted of window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance; fined $135. Also convicted of tires extending beyond fenders; fined $50.
