Also received a stay of adjudication on a charge of driving after suspension; fined $100, pay costs, one year unsupervised monitoring without adjudication, no misdemeanor or greater violations of the law.

Balvino Hernandez Juarez, 25, of Fairmont was convicted of driving without a valid drivers license or vehicle class/type; fined $185. Also convicted of vehicle window restrictions-tint too dark; fined $50. Additional charge of uninsured vehicle-owner violation was dismissed.
