Failure to drive with due care-speed greater than reasonable — Jeffrey L. Last, 43, of Weston, Wis.; fined $120.

Failure to drive with due care — Brenda V. Quakenbush, 35, of Sioux Falls, S.D.; fined $125.

Passing parked emergency vehicle-two lanes in same direction — Michael E. Altenburg, 30, of Lewisville; fined $135.

Child passenger restraint system for child under 8 years old and 57 inches tall not fastened — Rilyn M. Muller, 32, of Fairmont; fined $135.

Driving after revocation — David A. Olson, 39, of Blue Earth; Alan J. Jones, 27, of Fairmont; each fined $285.

Ryan J. Grunig, 33, of Madelia was convicted on a felony charge of violate No Contact Order within 10 years of the first of two or more convictions; commit to Commissioner of Corrections 24 months, stayed for five years, sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served three days, serve as work release if eligible, home detention/electronic monitoring if eligible, five years supervised probation, sentence to service 40 hours for indeterminate, no contact with victim(s), no alcohol/controlled substance use including, but not exclusive to non-alcohol beer and wine and energy drinks containing alcohol, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, any diluted sample or refusal to submit will be considered positive and a violation of probation, complete diagnostic assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign all releases of information, give DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored.

Austin J. Friedrich, 21, of St. James was convicted of speeding; fined $135. Also convicted of brake lights required-minimum of two; fined $40.

Olga L. Mendoza, 24, of Fairmont was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing at the request of law enforcement, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, attend MADD impact panel, no same or similar. Additional charges of fourth-degree driving while impaired, driving while under the influence of alcohol, and driving without a valid drivers license or vehicle class/type, were all dismissed.

Paul J. Meyeraan, 31, of Fairmont was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $185, sentenced to jail 22 days, credit for time served 22 days.
