Driving after revocation — Christian A. Farias, 23, of Albert Lea; fined $285.

Mariah K. Blondin-Thomas, 22, of Elmore was convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia; fined $135. Also convicted of possession of small amount of marijuana-no remuneration; fined $50.

Timothy W. Glanzman, 33, of Blue Earth received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of overwork/mistreat animals-torture-death of pet or companion animal; sentenced to jail 18 days, credit for time served 10 days, two years supervised probation, sentence to service 40 hours for indeterminate, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, be screened for Veteran’s Court, mental health evaluation, complete within 15 days of sentencing, cognitive skill training, may be included as part of Veteran’s Court, supply DNA sample, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign all releases of information, give DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Also received a stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; restitution $1,736.79, sentenced to jail 10 days, credit for time served 10 days, one year supervised probation, sentence to service 24 hours for indeterminate, pay restitution before fees, fines and surcharges, be screened for Veteran’s Court, complete chemical assessment, follow all recommendations of evaluation, mental health screening, complete within 15 days of sentencing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign all releases of information, give DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Also convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 341 days for two years, credit for time served 24 days, two years supervised probation, sentence to service two days for indeterminate, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no same or similar, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, pay restitution, supply DNA sample, contact with probation, sign probation agreement, follow all instructions of probation, remain law-abiding. Three additional felony charges of possession of any firearm/ammo-crime of violence, theft-greater than $1000 but less than $5000, fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana, and one additional misdemeanor charge of receiving stolen property, were all dismissed.
