David W. Loveless, 79, of Wells was convicted on two separate charges of speeding; fined $145 for the first charge and $60 for the second charge.

Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Kevin K. Stoneback, 61, of Fairmont; fined $110.
Anastacio A. Martinez, 26, of Welcome had a charge of window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance continued for dismissal; four months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, defendant must remove the window tint or sell the vehicle and provide proof to the prosecuting attorney.
Jay R. Arnold, 36, of Sherburn received a stay of adjudication on a charge of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another; fined $385, sentenced to jail two days, credit for time served two days, one year unsupervised monitoring without adjudication, mental health evaluation, follow recommendations of evaluation, no same or similar.
