Speeding — Isiah S. Hargis, 22, of Wells; Jackson R. Huper, 20, of Wells; Madison J. Boyd, 17, of Fairmont; each fined $125.

Display expired registration — Christopher D. Unger, 32, of Mounds View; fined $115.

ATV violation-failure to renew registration — Jeremy D. Jacobsen, 45, of Winnebago; fined $135.

Underage alcohol consumption — Roger P. Ziegler, 19, of Delavan; fined $185.

Trever J. Coxworth, 45, of Winnebago received a stay of adjudication on a charge of driving after revocation; six months probation to the court, six months no same or similar. Also convicted of possession of small amount of marijuana-no remuneration; fined $135. Also convicted of driving wrong way on a one-way street; fined $100. Additional charges of driving after revocation, and possession of drug paraphernalia, were both dismissed.

Brent S. Stevermer, 18, of Elmore was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Also convicted of driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type; fined $100.

Nicholas D. Lein, 21, of Winnebago was convicted of window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance; fined $135. Also convicted of operate vehicle with illegal headlight or taillight covers (except stock); fined $40.

MARTIN COUNTY

DISTRICT COURT

Speeding — Bradley C. Mattson, 40, of Granada; fined $145.

John R. Johnson, 20, of Northrop was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Additional charge of expired proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.

Leeann S. Kroc, 33, of Fairmont was convicted of failure of driver approaching yield sign to yield to crossing vehicles/pedestrians; fined $210. Additional charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle was dismissed.

Jaedon L. Erickson, 22, of Fairmont was convicted of failure to stop at stop signs or stop lines at entrance to thru highway; fined $135. Also convicted of speeding; fined $60.

Andrew S. Graczyk, 33, of Fairmont was convicted of failure to yield right-of-way to driver on right at controlled intersection; fined $285, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, restitution reserved, no same or similar.
