Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Steven M. Gorvin, 37, of Volga, S.D.; Katherine L. Truax, 25, of Rockwell, Iowa; each fined $110.

Operate vehicle with expired registration — Patricia V. Kampa, 65, of Fairmont; fined $115.

Snowmobile registration violation — Bradley J. Cone, 51, of Fairmont; fined $135.

Window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance — Jonathon G. Neitzke, 29, of Grand Marais; fined $135.

No Minnesota registration — Lindsay A. Hotze, 25, of Des Monies, Iowa; fined $185.

James L. Boyd, 21, of Coon Rapids had a charge of possession of marijuana in motor vehicle continued for dismissal; fined $150, one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Becky Jo Hedberg, 54, of Fairmont had a charge of issue dishonored check-offense continued for dismissal; fined $121.52, restitution $121.52, six months unsupervised monitoring conviction, no same or similar, pay restitution.

Lori L. Hickok-Carlson, 50, of Mapleton had a charge of issue dishonored check-offense continued for dismissal; six months unsupervised monitoring conviction, no same or similar, restitution has been paid to merchant.

Jayson C. Johnson, 51, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of junk-other than weeds and grass; fined $310, one year unsupervised monitoring without adjudication, defendant shall finish cleaning up his property and maintain the property. Additional charge of prohibited home occupations was dismissed.

Ryan M. Heckman, 18, of Fairmont was convicted of speeding; fined $485, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Lance D. Johnson, 39, of Winnebago was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Additional charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.

Robert Lugo, 30, of Dunnell received a stay of adjudication on a charge of driving after revocation; one year unsupervised monitoring without adjudication, provide proof to the court that drivers license have been reinstated, no same or similar.

Susana L. Paz, 23, of Fairmont was convicted of falsely reporting a crime; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar.
