Speeding — Daniel R. Huygens, 27, of Sioux Falls, S.D.; Brandi N. Findlay, 36, of Wells; each fined $125.

Unlawful acts-radios, tape and disc players and the like — Lupe D. Gersdorf-Koons, 45, of Winnebago; fined $135.

Driving after suspension — Kaylyn E. Dotas, 26, of Winnebago; fined $285.

Mason C. Huisenga, 19, of Elmore was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $285. Also convicted of speeding; fined $50.

Saushia J. Hathaway, 25, of Blue Earth had a charge of domestic assault continued for dismissal; fined $300, six months probation to the court, no same or similar.

Jeremiah R. Weerts, 40, of Fairmont was convicted on a felony charge of domestic assault; fined $1,085, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 24 months, stayed for five years, sentenced to jail 72 days, credit for time served 72 days, five years supervised probation, chemical dependency evaluation/treatment, follow recommendations of evaluation, psychological evaluation/treatment, follow recommendations of evaluation, domestic abuse counseling/treatment to be scheduled within 60 days upon release from jail and pay all fees, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, no contact with victim(s), no assault, no assaultive behavior on probation, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign all releases of information, give DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote or vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Two additional felony charges of domestic assault by strangulation, and threats of violence, were both dismissed.

Frank J. Halupka, 35, of Waukee, Iowa, received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of theft; fined $185, five years supervised probation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, supply DNA sample, remain law-abiding, sign probation agreement, contact with probation, follow all instructions of probation, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, pay restitution as determined by the court after a restitution hearing.

Darwin L. Olson, 63, of Winnebago received a stay of adjudication on a charge of disorderly conduct; fined $185, one year probation to the court, no same or similar.
