3-D printer design session at Fairmont Library

The Martin County Library in Fairmont is hosting a 3-D printer design session, for ages 10 and up, from 3:30-5:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 22, at the library located at 110 N. Park St. in Fairmont. Come and design a project on our 3-D printers and pick up your item later in the week. There is no cost to attend this program and no need to register. Volunteer readers needed for upcoming festival

Readers are needed for a Short Story Festival that is planned for March 30 at the Red Rock Center. The last practice reading will be held 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 22, at the Red Rock Center for the Arts, 222 E. Blue Earth Ave. in Fairmont. Bring your story or come and read from Anton Chekhov, James Thurber, Mark Twain and many more. Give it a try, you’ll have fun. For questions, please call (507) 848-4414.
