Trinity Lutheran in Truman plans event

Trinity Lutheran Church in Truman will host its 25th annual Holiday Cookie Walk from 8-10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 3, at their church located at 102 N. Seventh Ave. E., in Truman. Visitors can choose from a selection of cookies, caramels, kringle, party mix, etc., then pay for the items per pound. Let Trinity’s WELCA help you with your Christmas baking. Everyone is invited.

Rifle & Pistol Club sets Tuesday meeting

Fairmont Rifle & Pistol Club will hold their annual meeting 7 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 6, at 310 Downtown Plaza in Fairmont. Enter through the rear door. The club is an indoor range for pistol and center fire rifle shooting. It is a members only club. Members and anyone interested in joining the club is welcome to attend.
