Early Risers set Wednesday meeting

Early Risers Kiwanis Club of Fairmont will meet 6:45 a.m. Wednesday at the Ranch Restaurant, Fairmont. No speaker is scheduled, but the group will have club committee meetings. The public is invited to attend.

Upcoming community softball practice

There will be softball practice starting 7 p.m. Friday, July 1, at the Cardinal Field softball diamonds, across from the Aquatic Park in Fairmont.
