Trimont church to host seminar Friday

All are invited to ‘Bringing the Bible to Life’ seminar by Rev. Dr. John DeLancey from 6:30-9:30 p.m. Friday and from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at Trimont Covenant Church, 61 Main St. E. in Trimont. Rev. Dr. DeLancey has led many tours to Israel and this knowledge and experience allows him to provide biblical, historical and archaelogical context in understanding the Bible. Reading of Christmas classic planned

The next practice reading of “A Christmas Carol” by Charles Dickens will be held 7 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 5, at the Red Rock Center for the Arts, 222 E. Blue Earth Ave. in Fairmont.
