Trimont church sets upcoming rummage sale

Trimont United Methodist Church will have a rummage sale from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday and from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday. Free will donations. All donations will go towards mission projects. Everyone is invited.

Sherburn Legion plans feed event Sunday

Thomas P. Saxton Sherburn American Legion Post 356 will hold a pork chop (smoked or fresh) and sweet corn feed from 4-7 p.m. Sunday at the Sherburn Legion. The cost is $7 per plate donation. Everyone is welcome to attend.

Riser’s Kiwanis to meet

There will be a meeting for the Riser’s Kiwanis 6:45 a.m., Wednesday, at the Ranch Restaurant in Fairmont. Featured speaker is Superintendent of Fairmont Schools, Andy Traetow.
