Live band and worship service at the Martin County Fair
A community worship service will be held 11 a.m. Sunday at the Park at the Martin County Fairgrounds. Enjoy a live band and personal faith stories. Donuts and coffee available one half hour before the service at 10:30 a.m.
Sportsman Club sets shooting event
East Chain Sportsman’s Club will hold a trap shoot event beginning noon Sunday at the club located a half-mile north of East Chain. They will be shooting practice rounds, then 16-yard and 25-yard Oakley’s and Boondocks. The grill will be on all day. For more information, contact Moby at (507) 236-4189. Everyone is welcome.
Worship Center hosts breakfast
Regional Worship Center in Sherburn will host a community breakfast from 8-10 a.m. Monday at their facility located at 2 Crossroads Dr. in Sherburn. There will be a variety of food to choose from. A free will donation will be accepted. Everyone is invited for a good breakfast and fellowship.
Pioneer Museum to present video
A video presentation featuring the military experience of Don and Harriet Richards will be shown 2 p.m. Tuesday, at the Pioneer Museum in Fairmont. There is no charge and the public is invited to attend.
