Sportsman’s Club plans shooting event

East Chain Sportsman’s Club will hold a trap shoot event beginning noon Sunday at the club located a half-mile north of East Chain. Social distancing guidelines will be followed as needed. They will be shooting 25-yard practice rounds, then 16-yard and 25-yard Oakley’s and Boondocks. The grill will be on all day. For more information, contact Moby at (507) 236-4189. Alyssa Williamson of Sherburn and Reilly Geistfeld of Truman were named to the dean’s list for the 2020 spring semester at Hamline University in St. Paul.

Alyssa Sloneker of Blue Earth received a bachelor’s degree in May from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota in Winona.
