Red Rock to have holiday concert today

A free holiday concert presented by Bill Busse, Joyce Schultz and Sandy Ettesvold, will be held noon to 1 p.m. today at the Red Rock Center for the Arts, 222 E. Blue Earth Ave., Fairmont. Bring a sack lunch if desired. Coffee and treats will be provided.

Early Risers set Wednesday meeting

Early Risers Kiwanis Club of Fairmont will meet 6:45 a.m. Wednesday at the Ranch Restaurant, Fairmont. The program will feature Krystal Stover of the Salvation Army, who will provide an update on the bell ringing red kettle campaign this holiday season in Fairmont and Martin County. The public is invited to attend.

United Methodist slates Wednesday supper

Fairmont United Methodist Church will host a supper from 5-6 p.m. Wednesday at the church located at 119 E. Second St., Fairmont. The menu will consist of fish fillets, mashed potatoes, creamy coleslaw, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, donated desserts and beverages. A donation of $2 is suggested. Everyone is welcome.

Aktion Club Theatre to hold Thursday meeting

Aktion Club Theatre, part of Kiwanis International, will meet for their annual Christmas party from 4:30-6 p.m. Thursday in the basement of Grace Lutheran Church in Fairmont. Those needing a ride or who have questions about the group may call Pat Kietzer at (507) 848-5017 or the Arc office at (507) 235-8580. The public is invited to attend any of the group’s theatrical practices.

Dance club to hold Sunday dance event

Arc Different Drummer Dance Club will have a dinner and dance from 4-7 p.m. Sunday at the Fairmont Holiday Inn. Please RSVP for the dinner and/or if attending the dance before noon on Thursday by contacting Pat Kietzer at (507) 848-5017. The public is invited to attend.
