Sportsman Club plans trap shooting event

East Chain Sportsman’s Club will hold a trap shoot at noon Sunday at the club a half-mile north of East Chain on 254th Avenue. They will shoot practice rounds and 16-25 yard Oakley’s and Boondocks. Regional Worship Center plans breakfast

Regional Worship Center in Sherburn will host a pancakes, eggs and coffee breakfast from 7-9 a.m. Monday at its facility located at 2 Crossroads Dr. in Sherburn. Cost is a donation. Everyone is invited.

Exchange Club to meet Tuesday

Fairmont Exchange Club will meet noon Tuesday at the Fairmont Holiday Inn. The program this week will feature Mike Coughlan, owner of American Pest Control, which serves south-central counties in Minnesota. The public is always welcome to join club members for programs. ‘Sweet Treats and Reads’ scheduled

Children in grades 3-6 are invited to join library staff for Sweet Treats and Reads at 4 p.m. Tuesday at the Martin County Library, Fairmont. There will be treats, book-related activities and talk about new books children are reading. This event is free and no registration is required.
