Sportsman’s Club slates trap shooting

East Chain Sportsman’s Club will hold a club trap shooting event noon Sunday at the club located one-half mile north of East Chain on 254th Avenue. They will shoot practice rounds and 16-25 yard Oakley’s and Boondocks. The grill will be on all day. For more information, contact Moby at (507) 236-4189. Everyone is welcome.

Martin Luther plans Monday blood drive

National Honor Society of Martin Luther High School will sponsor an American Red Cross blood drive from 12:30-5:30 p.m. Monday at Martin Luther High School in Northrop. CREST to host pillow-cleaning fundraiser

The volunteer caregivers organization CREST will host Carlson Pillow Cleaning Service from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Thursday in the upper level of Evangelical Covenant Church, 901 Woodland Ave., Fairmont. Pillows will be cleaned, deodorized, sanitized and fluffed for a charge. Custom-made new pillows and down comforters will be available for sale as well. Proceeds will benefit the volunteer caregiving services of CREST in Martin County. For more information about CREST or this event, call (507) 235-3833.
