Truman class of 1959 to meet

Truman High School class of 1959 will meet for lunch 12:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Huntley Cafe in Huntley. All classmates are invited to attend.

First Congregational plans free meal

First Congregational United Church of Christ will sponsor a free community meal beginning 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at the church located at 319 Downtown Plaza, Fairmont. Volunteers from the Chubb House are cooking the meal, which will include Swiss burgers, chips, beans, salad, bars and beverage. All are welcome.

Spring choir concert Friday in Fairmont

2019 Many Voices Choir will perform a spring concert 7:30 p.m. Friday at Red Rock Center for the Arts, 222 E. Blue Earth Ave., Fairmont. The choir, under the direction of conductor, Tim Schumacher, will perform classical, spiritual, gospel, jazz and broadway songs. Donations will be accepted. They also will perform April 27 in Spirit Lake, Iowa, and May 3 in Emmetsburg, Iowa. The public is invited to attend.
