Why does the Sentinel insist on calling this a refund?! The only refund here is *after* you pay the deposit up front!

It might clean up the road ditches some. But I would not vote yes for this. Like I said on another post it will be a money maker for the state because not everyone will mess with returning the can or bottle to get their dime back.

I hope the yes voters realize they have to pay the 10 cents up front. So they aren't really getting a refund. They are getting their deposit back. They are loaning the state $2.40 for every case of pop they buy. Every beverage will become more expensive.
