DUNNELL - Funeral services for LeAnn Moffitt, 62, of Dunnell, Minn., will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, April 21, 2014, at United Methodist Church in Estherville, Iowa, with Pastor Lynn Elrod officiating. Interment will be in East Side Memorial Cemetery, Estherville.

LeAnn passed away Wednesday, April 16, 2014, at Avera Heart Hospital in Sioux Falls, S.D. Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Sunday at Henry-Olson Funeral Chapel in Estherville.

LeAnn (Domino) Moffitt was born Nov. 6, 1951, in Estherville, Iowa, the daughter of Lowell and Lorraine (Lenox) Domino. She received her education in Estherville Schools, graduating from Estherville High School in 1971. On Jan. 1, 1980, LeAnn was united in marriage to Dennis Moffitt. Following their marriage, the couple made their home in Wallingford, Iowa. She was employed at Berkley and Company and also Sperry UNIVAC in Jackson, Minn. In 1992, they moved to Alpha, Minn. LeAnn was employed by the U.S. Postal Service as Officer In Charge in Alpha. In 1998, LeAnn and Dennis moved to Dunnell, Minn., where she continued to work for the postal service as Officer In Charge. LeAnn loved sprint car racing and also in her leisure time she enjoyed reading cookbooks. In LeAnn's life, spending time with family and friends was what she cherished most.

She was a member of VFW Post 3388 Auxiliary in Estherville.

Left to cherish LeAnn's memory is her husband, Dennis; three daughters, Melissa Moffitt, Kris Endreson and her husband, Curt, and Kellie Mortenson; six grandchildren, Tyler, Joshua, Emily, Kady, Clayton, and Riley; one great-grandchild, Kendal; mother-in-law, Lorraine Smith; siblings, Janet (Paul) Smith, Julie (Jim) Willey, Mark (Nancy) Domino, Michael (Diane) Domino, and Brian (Rosie) Domino; and several nieces and nephews.

Preceding LeAnn in death are her parents; an infant sister; and father-in-law, Linus Smith.
