To the Editor:
The current low water level of the Fairmont lakes and relatively mild weather combine to provide lakeshore property owners with an opportunity to clean up trash that seems to naturally collect around the shorelines. Cans, bottles, milk cartons, tires, tree limbs and various other types of refuse can now be easily collected for disposal, thus helping to prevent one of Fairmont's notable assets from beginning to have even the hint of appearance of a slum. Help keep our lakes beautiful.
