SHERBURN - Services for William H. Payfer, 83, of Sherburn will be at a later date.
Payfer died Tuesday evening, Nov. 13, 2012, at Spencer Hospital, Spencer, Iowa. Kramer Family Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
William H. Payfer was born Nov. 22, 1928, in Racine, son of Willis and Louise (Folsum) Payfer. He served in the U.S. Army in the Korean War.
Survivors include: daughters, Linda Munson of rural Sherburn and JoAnn Payfer of Eagle Lake; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; brother, Richard Payfer of Coleraine; sister, Ann Martinson of Hudson, Wis.
