WELCOME - Luisa Torres and LCPL Brandon Cook were married July 31, 2012, at La Jolla Shores Beach, San Diego. Chaplain Allen Rodgers performed the ceremony.
Parents of the couple are Luis and Francisca Torres of Palmdale, Calif., and David and Connie Cook of Welcome.
Maid of honor was Kaycee Guerrero, friend of the couple. Bridesmaids were Cari Torres and Marisol Diggs, sisters of the bride, and Claria Galicia, niece of the bride.

A reception was held at the Officers Club at MCAS Miramar.
The couple plan to live in San Diego.
